Pengalaman Kepala Ruangan dalam Mengelola Ruang Rawat Inap pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Nurses are a milestone in achieving quality and professional health services. Since Covid-19 was declared global pandemic, the Mangusada Hospital formed special care unit, Isolation Room. Hospitals, through line managers, required to be able prepare service management comply with national protocol standards while still prioritizing safety prevention control of transmission. The purpose this study describe experience head room managing inpatient rooms during pandemic at 2021. This research used qualitative phenomenological approach data collection methods using in-depth interview techniques on March 1- April 30, 2021, Hospital. Determination sampling technique purposive sample 7 main participants six triangulation participants. Data analysis carried out method Colaizzi. resulted 5 themes, namely, 1) changes function room, 2) anxiety, 3) adequate support, 4) limited facilities infrastructure, 5) hope that will end soon. Based results, needs understand carry functions support which is his responsibility expected improve planning human resources ward pandemic.
